Samagra Yog is a practice to lead you into a yogic way of life – to help cleanse the body, mind and soul of the accumulated impurities. It has been made simple to understand how you can benefit by learning and following authentic yogic practices and incorporating them in your daily life. WHY SAMAGRA YOG?

While yoga in some form or the other is being taught by many, most restrict themselves to only some limited aspects of yoga, while some others offer an inadequate interpretation. Samagra Yog teaches the pure, holistic form of yoga that incorporates the body, mind and soul.

THE PROGRAM CONTENT

  • Each day starts with asanas, pranayama and mudras.
  • Yogic tips to treat and improve mind power, vision, speech, breathing as well as fortifying the throat, stomach, liver, knees, heart and creating a general sense of well-being that will reflect a a healthy glow on your face.
  • Yogic cure and self-management of simple ailments like cold, flu, backache, cervical pain, knee and joint pains, obesity etc. through following yogic practices.
  • Yogic tips
    • How to increase vigor and vitality.
    • How to live a well-balanced life, unaffected by jealousy, attachment, greed and anger.
    • The yogic ways to keep the mind focused and alert in your day-to-day life.
    • The theory of karma and how to live in clarity.
    • The yogic SWAN system of living, where your Strengths, Weaknesses, Ambitions and Needs are put in the right perspective.
    • The yogic insights to a better understanding of relationships.
  • All this and more is shared with you through, asanas, lectures, walks, meditation and personal counseling.

PREPARING FOR THE WORKSHOP

  • Try and be on a vegetarian diet for at least 3 days before the workshop.
  • Increase the intake of water.
  • Reduce the use of cellphones as much as possible. Use wired headphones when using your cellphone.
  • Increase physical activity.
  • It is advisable to avoid watching TV, especially news and negative content.
